Our House Residential Care Homes is comprised of four Vermont State Licensed Level 3 Residential Care Homes. Three of which, are special care units, specifically designed and focused on providing the best care for loved ones suffering from dementia, and one transitional/assisted living facility.
Our House was founded in 2001, dedicated to providing the best care for people with dementia. Our caregivers are trained specifically to interact with individuals ailing from this disease. Each care facility is specifically designed for dementia.
